The Dead Air Xeno Birdcage is a taper mount for the Xeno mounting interface for suppressors. The flash hider is modeled after the A1 style birdcage and the intent for this design from dead air is that when your projectile leaves your barrel into the muzzle device is for the gasses to escape in a circular pattern into the blast chamber, and for unsuppressed use you still have the capability of a flash hider.
