READY RIFLE SPECS & DETAILS
Muzzle Device: Gat-Lok Compatible Mil-Spec A2 Flash Hider (Pin & Weld): Simple, Proven, Significant muzzle flash reduction and moderate recoil reduction without throwing muzzle blast to your left, right or back at yourself, possibly other shooter, or downward which will disturb the surface you are supporting the rifle on while firing (IE, sand, dust, loose debris ect.) Pinned and Welded in place to meet the legal rifle length requirement of 16”
Barrel Material: 4150CMV: Mil-Spec “Machine-gun” hardened steel to resist heat and harsh use.
Barrel Profile: Light Weight Tapper Profile (625 Gas Journal,½-28 Thread Pitch): Maintains a light, handy yet durable profile with weight biased towards the rear of the barrel (towards the bore) where it is needed most and brings the rifle's center of gravity closer to the operator's dominant hand.
Barrel Finish: Magnesium Phosphate Exterior, Chrome Lined Interior, Button Rifled: Mil-spec, anti-reflective, durable exterior that retains oil and paint extremely well while maintaining a matte non-reflective finish, Chrome-Lined Bore and Chamber is the most effective way to add durability and heat resistance to a barrel as well as superior corrosion resistance.
Bore Dimensions: 223 Wylde: Safely chambering both 556 and 223 ammunition while ensuring tighter dimensions for improved accuracy with both cartridge types.
Twist Rate: 1:8 : 1:8 Twist is the ideal choice for flexibility and performance as it properly stabilizes all standard, common ammunition weights and types currently on the market from 55g to 77g and everything in between.
Gas length: Mid-Length: Proven, Reliable and industry standard for modern professional use rifles and carbines.
Gas Block: 416 Stainless Steel, Nitride Treated, Low-Profile, Cupped Set Screws: Simple, maintenance free low profile gas block with corrosion resistant and hardening nitride treatment ensuring it is ready for adverse conditions and use with cupped set screws that bore into the outer wall of the barrel slightly enhancing lockup.
Gas Tube: Mil-Spec 304 stainless steel, Melonite Treated, Mid-Length: Mil-spec Materials taken one step further with a melonite finish that adds corrosion and heat resistance while also hardening the gas tube.
Handguard: 1791 Industries 12” Full length Picatinny M-lok Handguard: The lightest, duty/professional hard use ready handguard thanks to its metal matrix compound that makes it 33% lighter than 6061T6 Aluminum while remaining equal in strength, corrosion resistance and durability. Timed to the barrel nut and with hardy anti-rotation tabs ensuring an unrivaled degree of lockup and handguard retention to the system.
Octagonal, staggered M-LOK slots, QD sockets, and a full length picatinny rail. Having some barrel exposed past the end of the handguard allows the operator to push the muzzle past cover / barriers where a full length handguard may not clear and potentially hinder/concuss and or, injure the operator with debris or muzzle blast.
